Zibrock LTD
DEFINITIONS
Challenge: The evaluation phase in which the TRADER participates in a simulated trading environment under predefined risk parameters.
Funded Account: A simulated trading account provided after the successful completion of the Challenge, also operating in a simulated environment.
Reward: A discretionary payment granted for maintaining discipline and compliance with the Company's rules, not a share of actual trading profits.
Rules: All risk parameters, prohibited activities, and trading guidelines published on Zibrock LTD's website, may be updated at any time.
Virtual Balance: The account balance displayed in the trading platform, which is purely notional and does not represent real funds available to the TRADER.
1.1. Participation in any program is conditional on full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
1.2. The TRADER acknowledges that all trading accounts, including Funded Accounts, are simulated.
1.3. Any payouts are bonuses for compliance with rules, not a share of actual profits from financial markets.
1.4. Zibrock LTD reserves the right to modify or terminate programs at any time without prior notice.
2.1. The TRADER must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to participate under the laws of their jurisdiction.
2.2. Zibrock LTD does not provide services in countries where such activities are prohibited by law.
2.3. The TRADER is solely responsible for ensuring participation is legal in their location.
3.1. The TRADER must comply with all risk parameters, including maximum daily loss, maximum total drawdown, position size limits, and prohibited strategies.
3.2. Violation of any rules results in immediate termination of participation without any payouts.
3.3. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility.
4.1. Multi-accounting without prior approval.
4.2. Collusion or coordinated trading.
4.3. High-frequency trading, latency arbitrage, or platform exploitation without permission.
4.4. Copying trades from other TRADERS unless expressly authorized.
4.5. Any illegal or fraudulent activity on the platform.
5.1. Challenge Fee: Payment for participation in the Challenge.
5.2. The Challenge Fee is non-refundable except when the TRADER: a) Successfully completes the Challenge, b) Is granted a Funded Account, c) Complies with all rules and conditions, d) Receives their first payout. In this case, the Challenge Fee is refunded together with the first payout.
5.3. In all other cases, the Challenge Fee is non-refundable.
5.4. Payout Commission: A commission of 1.2% – 5% is deducted from each payout.
5.5. Currency: All payments and payouts are in USD; conversion fees are borne by the TRADER.
5.6. Taxes: The TRADER is responsible for all taxes required by their country.
6.1. Payouts are made only to TRADERS who have passed identity verification (KYC) and complied with all rules.
6.2. Zibrock LTD reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud, rule violation, or legal restrictions.
6.3. Payouts are discretionary and based on compliance and trading discipline, not actual profit generation.
7.1. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
7.2. Zibrock LTD is not responsible for: a) Losses incurred by the TRADER, b) Technical issues, c) Delays, or d) The Trader's failure to read the rules.
7.3. Zibrock LTD's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the Challenge Fee paid by the TRADER.
8.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Zibrock LTD and the TRADER.
8.2. If any provision is deemed invalid, the rest remain in effect.
9.1. All official contact details are published on Zibrock LTD's website. TRADERS must use only these channels for official communication.
